The room rate includes accommodation with buffet breakfast and VAT.

Tourist tax is payable separately (HUF 400/person/night for guests over 18 years of age).

• 0–3 years: Free of charge (sharing the parents’ room with the same board)
• 3–12 years: 30% discount
• Over 12 years: Adult rates apply

Requests for extra beds or baby cots must be arranged in advance at the time of booking. These are available only in certain room types.

All bookings require written confirmation. A reservation is considered valid only after written confirmation from the accommodation and payment of the deposit.

Yes, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made by bank transfer or bank card.

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: until 10:00 AM

Our reception is open until 7:00 PM. In case of late arrival, please inform us in advance, as a key safe is available after 7:00 PM. Reservations are held until 7:00 PM; after that, the room may be resold.

Yes, subject to availability and for the following fee:

• Until 2:00 PM: HUF 10,000 / room

Please inquire 1–2 days prior to arrival.

The beach is located 500 meters from the accommodation.

The bus stop and railway station are 300 meters from the accommodation.

Yes, our accommodation is located directly along the Balaton cycling route. We provide a locked, covered, and secure bicycle storage area in the main building.

• Up to 30 days before arrival: Free cancellation
• Within 30 days before arrival or no-show: 50% of the total booking amount (equal to the deposit)
• In case of a shorter stay, the full amount of the originally booked period must be paid

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Buffet breakfast is available daily between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM in the breakfast restaurant.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, we are a pet-friendly accommodation.
Pet fee: HUF 6,000/night/dog.

• Air-conditioned rooms: Main Building (2nd floor), Holiday Houses, rooms in the Leander Holiday House
• 5 rooms on the 1st floor of the Main Building are equipped with fans

We provide a private, gated parking area with an electric gate for our guests during their stay.
Parking fee: HUF 1,000/car/night

One parking space per room is available.
The parking area is not guarded, and we cannot accept responsibility for vehicles or valuables left there.

Dining options are available at Konyhakert Bistro, located 300 meters from the accommodation (including an unlimited lunch menu), or at Balaton Pizzeria and Bar, located 200 meters away.
